pJoin Narvar as an AI Consultant for a unique internship opportunity! You will work on high-impact projects to automate and transform HR and Finance functions using AI. Drive end-to-end project management, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute directly to employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an AI-powered HR chatbot for policy queries and benefits tracking
- Design automated workflows for repetitive HR tasks like leave tracking and onboarding
- Automate performance review cycles and talent acquisition metrics with AI tools
- Create dashboards and reports to assist in financial process automation and anomaly detection
