Your Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students and parents through calls and chats to understand their academic backgrounds, interests, and learning goals.
• Guide students towards suitable academic pathways and learning programs that align with their aspirations.
• Clearly explain the structure, eligibility criteria, outcomes, and progression of various courses and programs.
• Support students throughout their admission processes and decision-making journey.
• Collaborate closely with the academic advisory and growth teams to provide holistic support.

• Days 61-90: Independent ownership of academic counselling tasks, performance-linked incentives, and career progression discussions.

Compensation & Growth:

• Fixed monthly salary plus variable pay based on student success (no cap).
