We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer to join our dynamic team, specializing in the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. This role requires a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also driven by curiosity and passion for applied AI projects. As an AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision applications, and recommendation systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• AI & ML Development: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models. Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation, or predictive analytics use cases to solve real-world business problems.
• Data and Model Management: Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning. Monitor model performance and support improvements to ensure optimal results.
• Collaboration and Delivery: Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions. Document models, workflows, and technical approaches for transparency and accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python, experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a deep understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and statistics. Experience working with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is essential.

Preferred candidates will have expertise in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI, as well as experience with language models (LLMs), chatbots, or automation projects. A track record of delivering client-facing AI solutions is a plus.
