Description

Grandeur Design Supply is seeking an experienced AI Integration Specialist to build and optimize AI-powered workflows for real business operations. This role involves integrating APIs, automation tools, and business systems to deploy production-ready AI solutions in areas such as CRM, SMS, voice, email, lead generation, and internal tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Zapier, Make, or n8n, hands-on experience with OpenAI / LLM APIs, and proficiency in GoHighLevel. Responsibilities include building and optimizing funnel landing pages, managing GHL workflows, setting up email and SMS campaigns, developing KPI tracking dashboards, and implementing AI-powered voice calling, receptionists, and conversational agents.

  • Build AI-powered workflows using Zapier / Make / n8n
  • Connect AI to real systems: CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) and SMS / Voice (Twilio, OpenPhone)
  • Create and manage GHL workflows and automations
  • Set up and manage email and SMS drip campaigns
  • Develop KPI tracking and reporting dashboards within GHL
  • Maintain and organize knowledge bases
  • Implement and manage AI-powered voice calling, AI receptionists, and conversational AI agents
