Retech Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking a talented AI-ML Developer to join our dynamic team in West Tambaram, Chennai. As an integral part of our organization, you will collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative academic projects for college students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing and deploying academic projects tailored for college students
• Data preprocessing: Clean, analyze, and prepare data for AI models to enhance performance and accuracy
• Python programming: Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code using advanced libraries like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Ultralytics
• Model training & tuning: Utilize supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms to train models effectively
• Model evaluation: Implement rigorous testing methodologies for model performance assessment and optimization
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve AI-related issues to maintain high performance and accuracy
• Technical documentation: Document project specifications for clarity and future reference

Skills Required:

• Advanced Python programming skills with proficiency in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Ultralytics, NLTK, and OpenCV
• Strong knowledge of various machine learning techniques and practical experience deploying models
• Data analysis & visualization: Solid understanding of data preprocessing and analysis techniques
• Independent & team work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
• Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
