Description

Join the leading provider of co-location services in India, ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (India), and embark on a rewarding journey with our Apprenticeship Program. As an apprentice engineer, you'll gain hands-on industry exposure and practical learning in a diverse range of roles.

We are seeking candidates from the 2026 batch who hold a BE/ BTech degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. You must have a strong foundation in engineering practices and proficiency in at least one domain engineering subject. Additionally, basic knowledge of automation systems like BMS, SCADA, IoT, VR, AR, Machine Learning, AI, and structured troubleshooting skills are essential.

During the 12-month apprenticeship period, you will receive a stipend of ₹50,000 per month. Upon successful completion, you'll be absorbed as a full-time engineer with an attractive CTC package of ₹10 Lacs (including a retention bonus of ₹4 Lacs).

• Civil Engineers will perform structural analysis and design of buildings, prepare technical drawings, conduct site inspections, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Electrical & Mechanical Engineers will gain hands-on exposure to Data Centre operations, support construction and day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
