Acharya & Associates is seeking a talented and dynamic ASP.Net developer to join our innovative team in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. As an integral part of our development department, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using cutting-edge technologies like ASP.Net. Ideal candidates should possess a B.Tech/MCA/MSc Computer Science degree and at least one year of experience in ASP.Net.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with senior developers and designers to implement new features, troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure the seamless operation of applications. You must be adept at understanding web development concepts, programming principles, and have strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also highly valued as you will work closely with cross-functional teams.

The role requires proficiency in ASP.Net and related technologies, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects under tight deadlines. Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential, and you should have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Additionally, you will work flexible office hours from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Acharya & Associates offers competitive salary packages ranging between ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month, with a 10% increase every six months based on performance. Performance-based incentives and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package.
