Seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Relationship Manager for our dynamic Retail Banking-Rural Banking team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-term relationships with rural banking clients and driving business growth through strategic engagement and customer service excellence.
The primary responsibilities include managing zoning activities to identify household needs, conducting end-user checks post-loan disbursement, and assessing client needs for cross-selling opportunities. You will be responsible for forming and managing Joint Liability Groups and centers, ensuring high collection efficiency, maintaining accurate loan documentation, and coordinating with operations officers to drive efficient data entry.
Additionally, you’ll gather market intelligence, benchmark against competitors, and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality across the branch network. This role is also dedicated to supporting community development initiatives and implementing livelihood advancement programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for rural banking, with 0-5 years of relevant experience in branch banking. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
