Fission Labs is currently seeking a passionate Associate Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Full-stack or Python development. - Contribute in design, development, and testing of applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following standard coding practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues to improve performance and stability
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data management
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and contribute to software design discussions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Leverage new frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance development efficiency
- Maintain documentation of code changes, modules, and project updates
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building applications with Python or Java, experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and basic knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, along with a passion for learning new technologies.
The selection process includes an online technical test followed by an interview at our office in Sunnyvale, with the possibility to work remotely from Dallas or Hyderabad. The stipend during internship is INR 15,000 per month, and upon successful completion of the internship, full-time CTC will be around INR 5.5-6.5 Lakhs.
