Looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual/Multilingual Support Representative - Voice/Blended. This role is designed for candidates with a minimum of 0 to 10 years of experience, ideally those who are fluent in both Hindi and English. As part of the Customer Success, Service & Operations department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through both voice and blended channels.
