We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving enrollment in our makeup and beauty courses by providing exceptional student counseling and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Offer personalized advice on Airblack's makeup and beauty programs through multiple communication channels.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Increase enrollment numbers by converting leads into course participants, contributing to our revenue targets.
- Event Participation: Actively participate in video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment.
