As a key player in our sales and business development department, you will guide potential learners through their career decisions, offering personalized career advice and showcasing the unique benefits of our CCBP 4.0 Programs.
Your role will encompass mentoring students, addressing queries, establishing program effectiveness, managing the entire sales cycle, maintaining detailed records, and achieving revenue targets. You’ll work closely with diverse prospects to help them accelerate their careers through our comprehensive learning solutions.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned communicator with excellent Odia language skills, who can effectively connect with potential learners. This role demands dedication, reliability, strong empathy, and the ability to build lasting relationships. A systematic approach to sales funnels and consistent performance are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be recent graduates (not currently pursuing any degree) with a passion for customer service and a proven track record of direct interaction with customers.
