Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously, and basic computer proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. A strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach are key to excelling in this role.
Eligible candidates should have at least a 12th pass qualification, with a preference for graduates. Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. You will need to be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts across five working days per week.
