Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality chat support for US-based clients during rotating shifts.
- Quality Assurance: Execute Manual and Automation testing, create test cases, and report bugs effectively to ensure software excellence.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve software issues promptly.
- Operational Agility: Manage time efficiently between live support duties and technical QA tasks to maintain optimal performance.
- Continuous Learning: Master automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency continuously.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Open to graduates from any stream with a strong learning mindset.
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in English.
- Bonus points for basic understanding of QA/Testing concepts (Manual/Automation).
- Flexibility to work in flexible shifts to accommodate global time zones.
