Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, India. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom software solutions that meet specific business needs using modern frameworks and agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design software components tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Mentor junior team members to help them enhance their skills and knowledge in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Provide technical leadership and support to the development process by offering innovative solutions and best practices.
• Evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Proven track record in software development, testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with application development methodologies, database management, and data integration processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably B.Tech/B.E. with a postgraduate qualification.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
