We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and building trust with parents, ensuring subscription renewals through effective issue resolution, collecting and sharing valuable feedback to improve services, acting as the primary contact for clear communication, and conducting daily travel within the city as scheduled.

A background in EdTech or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
