As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering seamless experiences to our dynamic platform users. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support through calls, chats, or emails
• Handle bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general queries efficiently
• Solve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Offer accurate information about services, offers, and policies
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance targets

Work Schedule:

• 6 days per week with a mandatory day off between Monday to Thursday
• Night shifts are required (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for male candidates, while female candidates will be assigned only day shifts (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
• A proactive, customer-first attitude
