We are seeking a Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist with strong communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will handle customer queries across various channels including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate information about products, services, and policies while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
As part of the Customer Success, Service & Operations team in a BPM/BPO environment, your duties include troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently. You will maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with customers until all concerns are resolved. Additionally, you’ll contribute to enhancing support processes and documentation to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidates should demonstrate problem-solving and analytical thinking, active listening skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Team collaboration and a willingness to learn are highly valued traits.
