This role is based in Mumbai, specifically targeting local candidates. The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 6-12 months of experience in an international chat process environment (preferably).

The selection process includes HR, assessment, and operational rounds to ensure the best candidates are chosen. Compensation for experienced chat candidates is up to 3.5 LPA, with a focus on rotational shifts 24*7.
