Description

We are seeking candidates for the position of Customer Success, Service & Operations - Other within our BPM/BPO department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations management with an emphasis on inbound and outbound processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Solving customer queries through voice support and telecalling
  • Handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing domestic processes and ensuring operational excellence
  • Participating in the voice process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs promptly
  • Supporting operations teams with any necessary administrative tasks
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduate level education is required.
  • Freshers as well as experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, with basic knowledge of English preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is a must for this role.
