Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries: Respond to customer calls efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• BPO Voice Process expertise: Utilize your knowledge in domestic BPO processes to assist customers effectively.
• Banking Voice Process: Familiarity with banking-related voice processes is essential for this role.
• Demonstrating exceptional communication skills: Clear and concise communication in both Malayalam and English, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Patient demeanor: Maintain a calm and patient attitude during interactions to handle complaints and issues with grace.

Qualifications:

• Educational requirement: A 12th pass or any graduates can apply, freshers are welcome, immediate joiners preferred.
• Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is a must.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of banking processes and voice communication protocols.
• Work schedule: A 6-day working week with one rotational weekend off, complete day shift from 9 am to 8 pm including an hour break.
