• Responsibilities include handling both domestic and international customer inquiries through voice and online platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
• To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent English communication skills, as well as an ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in the BPO sector is advantageous but not mandatory. A versatile attitude and readiness to work flexible hours are key attributes for success here.
• As a graduate or undergraduate with strong English proficiency, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our customer service operations. Immediate joiners are preferred, and walk-in interviews can be scheduled as needed.

We offer competitive salary packages, including:

• Gurugram - 20-30K CTC + Monthly PLI
• Noida - 19-30K CTC
