As an Associate Consultant or Software Developer, you’ll:

• Be an all-round professional: Engage in various aspects of the business including sales, customer success, and product management.
• Enjoy comprehensive exposure: Get a ring-side view of the entire business and contribute to side projects that could rival big tech giants.
• Create history: Work alongside high-impact teams to change the world in ways that are yet to be imagined.

Our eligibility criteria include:

• Bachelor's degree (2025 batch) for software track – CS/IS branch students; All branches for business track
• A strong academic record and a solid pH score

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Holding significant positions of responsibility
• A strong logical and mathematical aptitude

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

• FTE with CTC of 12 lakhs including Phantom Bonus stocks worth 4 lakhs (assured cash, paid out over 3 years)
• Comprehensive training through direct mentoring by senior staff

Note: We only consider candidates willing to commit for a minimum period of 24 months post commencement and those not rejected in the last 2 years with eLitmus.
