We are seeking experienced GenAI/LLM practitioners who can bring hands-on expertise and a curious mindset to our team. This role involves designing, testing, and optimizing LLM-driven solutions for real-world business use cases. You will be responsible for creating high-quality prompts and workflows, managing agent setups, and rapidly prototyping GenAI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Optimize Solutions: Develop, test, and optimize LLM-driven solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Prompt Engineering: Create, refine, and manage prompts that ensure accurate and efficient AI responses.
• Rapid Prototyping: Utilize existing tools, APIs, and platforms to quickly prototype GenAI applications.
• Evaluation and Testing: Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability.
• Trend Analysis and Application: Stay updated on the latest LLM models, tools, and trends, and apply them practically in your work.
• Collaboration and Translation: Work closely with business and technical teams to translate ideas into functional AI solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM usage.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have strong practical experience with LLM tools such as Pytorch, Langchain, and LangGraph.
• Are fast learners with a deep understanding of both the capabilities and limitations of large language models.
• Use AI responsibly and take full ownership of outcomes.
