Join our dynamic team as a Growth & Value Engineering Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic enterprise deals through advanced value engineering and solution consulting. This hybrid position requires a blend of analytical prowess and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful business outcomes.

As a key player in the Value Engineering team, you will translate platform capabilities into quantified business value for CXO stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth & Strategy, Product, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, build executive-ready artifacts, and produce GTM enablement assets.

A Day in the Life: Daily standups with Sales/Pre-sales teams help you unlock next steps by identifying stakeholders, ROI stories, and POV plans. You’ll turn client discovery into crisp value hypotheses and conduct fast, structured research to build ROI models tied to customer metrics such as cost to serve, OTIF, claims, and carrier performance.

Collaborate with Product Marketing on campaign pillars and run enablement sessions for Sales/Pre-sales/BDRs. Capture insights from prospects and customers to feed back into the product roadmap and positioning. Engage in client visits and workshops to conduct deep dives, value workshops, executive meetings, and transformation roadmap sessions.

This is an AI-first role, where you will use tools like Claude/GPT for research synthesis, meeting assistants for structured notes, and other productivity tools to accelerate your work without compromising accuracy or customer context. A proven track record in value engineering, supply chain consulting, logistics, S&OP transformations, business modeling, executive-level narrative creation, complex enterprise deals, multi-stakeholder environments, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-driven products/data-centric solutions is essential.
