Our client is seeking a dedicated Hospitals Accreditation Specialist to assist in the implementation and maintenance of NABH/NABL accreditation standards. The primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive internal audits to identify areas needing enhancement, performing detailed gap assessments to address any discrepancies in compliance with NABH/NABL standards, and delivering quality improvement training sessions that empower staff across the organization. You will also be responsible for developing and reviewing hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals.
