As an integral member of the HR team, your key responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. You will also support onboarding and induction activities, ensuring new employees have a seamless transition into our vibrant work environment. Additionally, you will maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files.
Collaborate closely with the team to draft job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR-related communications. Coordinate and support various employee engagement activities and events, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all departments. Researching HR trends, best practices, and tools will keep our HR operations at the cutting edge.
This role is perfect for candidates with a strong background in human resources or related fields, demonstrated by a degree from Chikkanayakanahalli. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
