Description

BNP Paribas is seeking a skilled IBM DataStage Developer to join our Shared Data Ecosystem (SDE) team within the IT Framework and Risk Services (ITTF FRS). As an IBM DataStage Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage. You will work closely with Business Analysts to ensure accurate implementation of specifications while extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple source systems such as databases, flat files, and APIs.

Key responsibilities include optimizing job performance, implementing data quality checks, and maintaining technical documentation. This role requires a high level of reactivity and reporting skills for IT activities and the ability to use DevOps tools in our toolchain. You will contribute to overall FRS goals as directed by team management while adhering to stringent IT standards.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in IBM DataStage, SQL, scripting languages, and cloud technologies like Kubernetes and Docker. You must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Prior experience with Finance and Banking will be advantageous.
