Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for our international voice process role in the Customer Success and Service & Operations departments. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive remuneration up to 55k and flexible shifts, including rotational schedules.

Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for customer onboarding through voice-based communication, both inbound and blended processes. This involves providing exceptional service, handling calls from international customers, and ensuring a seamless experience during the onboarding journey.

• BPO Voice Process: Handling various types of calls to assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
• Inbound Process: Answering incoming calls from customers in an empathetic and professional manner, providing support and resolving issues.
• Blended Process: Utilizing both voice and digital channels for customer engagement, ensuring consistent service quality across platforms.
• International Call Center: Dealing with a diverse range of international customers from different regions and cultures.
• Semi Voice Support: Providing support through phone calls as well as other communication tools.
• Customer Support: Offering timely and efficient solutions to customer queries, enhancing their overall experience.
• CSE Telecalling: Conducting telephonic interactions with customers for various purposes such as sales, support, or feedback collection.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a good understanding of customer service principles. Previous experience in voice processes or similar roles would be advantageous but not mandatory.
