The Recruitment Consultant role at Skillkart offers a dynamic career opportunity within one of India's fastest-growing industries. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients to understand their manpower needs, sourcing candidates from diverse platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to identify and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Source potential candidates through databases, job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Evaluate candidate suitability based on resumes and interview performance.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess communication skills and fit for the role.
- Schedule and manage interviews with both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
In addition, this role requires a commitment to achieving monthly targets, ensuring revenue-driven performance. You will work in a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM (last Saturday off).
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and presentation ability. Basic computer knowledge is essential, along with strong negotiation skills and a target-oriented mindset.

We offer competitive salaries ranging from ₹15,000 - 20,000 for graduates and ₹20,000 - 25,000 for post-graduates, with attractive incentives including quarterly bonuses up to ₹4,00,000 and year-end bonuses ranging from ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,00,000. Additional monthly vouchers of ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 are also provided.
