Key Responsibilities:

• Designing scalable APIs and microservices for our AI recruitment platform.

• Cross-functional collaboration with designers, data scientists, and backend engineers.

We are seeking a Software Engineer with 0-3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development. A strong command of Python, Node.js, or Go is preferred, along with experience in RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Docker. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Bonus points for exposure to AI/ML models like FastAPI or LangChain.
