Our mission is to provide comprehensive training solutions for both educational institutions and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Upload and organize a variety of educational content, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and interactive assignments.
• Student Support: Act as the primary contact for students with technical issues, ensuring smooth learning experiences.
• Quality Checks: Review uploaded content to prevent broken links or formatting errors from going live.
• User Management: Handle bulk user uploads, create custom user groups, and manage onboarding/offboarding via HRIS integrations.
• Helpdesk Management: Serve as the first line of defense for user issues such as login failures, browser compatibility, and completion errors.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple course launches and system updates simultaneously to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Quick learner of new software and web-based tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• A 'can-do' attitude, with high patience for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required for major launches or events.
