Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager – Tele Sales to join our expanding team in the Financial Services industry. This role is pivotal in nurturing long-term relationships with Micro, Medium and Small Enterprises (MSMEs), ensuring seamless loan processing from application to disbursement.

Key Tasks:

• To work as part of a team engaged in loan processing, handling applications received through channel partners. You will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end loan origination process, from sourcing to disbursal.
• Understand client requirements and gather relevant information to process applications efficiently. Client experience is paramount; you must ensure promptness in communication during the processing of a case.
• Appraisal of loan application on various parameters to meet all credit criteria while ensuring the quality of business. This includes regular coordination with Credit Risk, Quality Check, and Operations teams for documentation and acknowledgment.
• Regular communication with customers, providing detailed information about the loan procedure from lead generation to disbursal. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet TAT benchmarks on loan processing.
• Be an advisor to clients, offering valuable insights and support throughout their journey with us.

Great Fit:

• A fresher with excellent communication skills, ideally holding a degree in Finance (Masters or B. Com).
• Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales within the financial services sector (Banks/NBFCs), specifically managing customers from lead generation till disbursement.
• Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing, with a proven track record in selling business loans and related financial services.
• A commitment to maintaining regular and reliable work attendance is essential. An incentive-driven approach is preferred for this role.
