Description

At , we are revolutionizing finance operations for high-growth SMBs and startups. Our mission is to streamline customer collections and vendor payments, saving businesses thousands of man-hours and reducing payment fees. We’re looking for a highly motivated Machine Learning (ML) Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team and help us achieve this goal.

As an ML Engineer Intern at Peakflo, you will:

  • Craft voice-optimized prompt flows that are clear and goal-oriented for AI-driven finance solutions.
  • Design conversational flows with natural speech patterns and ensure prompts are suitable for text-to-speech (TTS) systems to avoid ambiguity.
  • Build hierarchical workflows with agentic architecture, integrating various AI agents such as Research Agents, Finance Agents, and Editor Agents.
  • Refine and iterate on ML prompts using LLM feedback loops to improve AI performance over time.
  • Optimize the overall system for low latency and high efficiency in financial applications.
  • Integrate RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) with enterprise knowledge bases to ensure accurate information retrieval for task-sensitive use cases like invoicing or AR follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on voice integration, speech recognition, LiveKit voice infrastructure, and telephony APIs.
  • Architect LLM systems with third-party tools and platforms to support diverse financial workflows, including email interactions and user chat interfaces.
