Join AM Infoweb, a leading Health Information Management Outsourcing company, as we bridge the gap between insurance companies and healthcare facilities. In this role, you will serve as a critical link, ensuring timely retrieval of medical reports for discharged patients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls with hospitals, doctors' offices, and other healthcare providers to retrieve necessary medical records.
With our comprehensive training program, you'll learn the ins and outs of navigating complex medical record systems and verifying information. Effective communication is key as you build rapport with healthcare professionals and maintain detailed records of your activities. Collaboration with internal teams ensures seamless delivery of documents to clients within specified time frames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for medical record retrieval
- Navigate through medical record systems for accurate information
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of retrieved records
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain necessary documentation
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of medical records
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Bachelor's degree or awaiting final semester results
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not mandatory
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
