Are you a seasoned Non IT Recruiter with experience in front-line hiring and bulk recruitment? This role is perfect for professionals looking to leverage their expertise in the BPM/BPO industry. With a minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience, you'll be responsible for handling large-scale hiring projects and ensuring that the right candidates are placed within our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and shortlisting potential candidates through thorough assessment processes
• Coordinating with various departments to understand their recruitment needs
• Handling mass hiring operations, including onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the recruitment database regularly

Required Experience:
