As an Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth processing of provider credentials and licenses for our esteemed clients. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while contributing to a high-impact mission.

Key responsibilities include researching and interpreting information related to licensure and continuing medical education, completing applications on behalf of Certify customers, validating updates, and maintaining 100% accuracy in the platform. You will also interact with providers and clients via email, assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects, summarize findings into clear guidelines, and tackle ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Experience in provider credentialing is essential
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to conduct extensive research, particularly via Google
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
