Seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with expertise in both technical and procedural knowledge for our esteemed Auto Components company. This role requires a professional approach to managing manpower, implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), maintaining processes, and overseeing production planning and supervising.
In this key position within the Customer Success and Service Department, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through meticulous process maintenance and shift planning. Your ability to handle manpower effectively and ensure compliance with IATF and ISO standards is crucial.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, and have hands-on experience with production supervision, shift planning, and manpower management. Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable as you will be required to liaise between various departments and clients to ensure seamless operations.
