Are you a detail-oriented professional with an impeccable sense of client satisfaction? As part of the dynamic team at Snapbot, Studio Cahaya, you will be at the heart of event coordination and execution. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, ensuring every guest experience reflects our brand's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a seamless liaison between clients and the event team, managing all aspects of client communication before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with event planners to understand requirements, finalize booth layouts, props, and logistics ensuring seamless execution at venues.
  • Supervise setup, operation, and dismantling processes for photobooths, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the event.
  • Coordinate with attendants, photographers, and vendors to facilitate a smooth flow of operations during events.
  • Ensure every guest interaction is positive, reflecting The Good Ex and Snapbot's fun vibe, contributing to brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Rapidly address any technical or operational challenges that arise during the event, ensuring minimal disruption to client experiences.
  • Maintain detailed event reports, including client feedback and operational checklists for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all equipment, prints, and digital outputs meet Snapbot's high standards of quality control and brand representation.
  • Spot upsell opportunities to add-ons and engage clients in repeat business, fostering long-term relationships and growth.
