Role Overview:

• Core Process Ownership: Take charge of the recruitment process engine by sourcing from various portals and databases, executing structured screening calls, managing pipelines with zero errors, and refining CRM workflows for optimal efficiency. Your role will also include running onboarding assembly lines, maintaining airtight employee databases, standardizing scalable HR communications, and coordinating scheduling across time zones.
• Process-Driven Admin Excellence: Create real-time HR dashboards and compliance reports, systematize engagement events end-to-end, optimize ad-hoc workflows, and continuously refine processes to eliminate inefficiencies. This position requires a strong focus on detail and the ability to adapt quickly.

In this role, you will work closely with international teams and contribute significantly to cross-border scaling efforts.
