Description

Join us as a Product Requirements Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development processes. This position involves eliciting, analyzing, and specifying business needs across various stakeholders, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting and validating requirements from diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Collaborating closely with project sponsors to define project scope and vision, ensuring clarity in deliverables
• Conducting comprehensive interviews using a variety of methods such as workshops, questionnaires, surveys, and site visits to gather detailed requirements
• Identifying and establishing the scope and parameters for each project to clarify impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
• Prioritizing collected requirements with stakeholders and the project team to ensure resources are allocated effectively
• Researching and analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize these processes
• Participating in quality assurance efforts to validate purchased solutions and support purchasing decisions
• Selecting requirements documentation software that enhances team productivity and project outcomes
• Analyzing and verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and adherence to standards
• Developing clear and concise requirement specifications using standard templates to guide development teams
• Translating complex customer requirements into functional requirements that are easily understood by developers and project teams

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive salary ranges starting at ₹19,489.11 - ₹55,069.81 per month. We are seeking candidates who can deliver in-person to our location.
