Join the leading property inspection company, Propcheck, and become a QA QC Inspector focused on ensuring the highest standards in construction quality and safety for high-rise and residential projects. With our data-driven reports, you'll play a pivotal role in helping builders and homebuyers make informed decisions.

Your key responsibilities include performing unit-wise inspections, conducting pre-delivery checks, and identifying snags with meticulous detail. Utilize advanced digital inspection tools to prepare comprehensive reports that adhere to Propcheck standards. You’ll collaborate closely with site teams to ensure defect rectifications are completed in a timely manner.

As part of our dedicated team, you will:

• Conduct unit-wise inspections for high-rise and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and IS codes.
• Carefully inspect civil finishes, flooring, walls, ceilings, doors/windows, electrical, plumbing, and bathroom fittings, identifying any non-compliance or defects that require attention.
• Prepare digital inspection reports & NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) using Propcheck’s standardized format.
• Verify compliance with all relevant standards and specifications to ensure quality control.
• Work closely with site teams to rectify defects identified during inspections, ensuring timely closure of issues.
