Description

Rapid Prototyping Engineer at our dynamic and innovative IT services and consulting firm. This role involves designing, developing, and iterating on high-fidelity prototypes that integrate hardware and software systems. You will be responsible for building scalable backends and data pipelines to support experimental hardware. Proactively leveraging AI tools like LLMs and automated coding assistants is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Travel extensively (domestic and international) to client sites, factories, or field environments to set up, troubleshoot, and refine systems. Act as the technical bridge between stakeholders, documenting progress and presenting findings in English.

Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop initial prototypes, guiding projects through final product-readiness. A deep understanding of core languages like Python (advanced) and JavaScript (especially NodeJS) is essential, along with experience in operating systems such as Linux, databases like MySQL or MongoDB, and DevOps tools including Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Collaborate effectively using tools like Slack and Trello. This role requires a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering degree to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position within our IT services and consulting department.
