As an enthusiastic and career-oriented sales intern, you will be instrumental in driving growth within the real estate advisory space. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Telecall fresh and cold leads to understand their property requirements, pitch suitable residential projects, and convince them for site visits.
- Client Handling: Accompany clients during property tours, build rapport, note preferences, and maintain strong follow-up. Assist clients in decision-making and encourage bookings.
- Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support through the entire buying journey, including booking, documentation, home loans, and interior services.
- Builder Coordination: Maintain good relationships with builder teams, gather updated project inventory, pricing, and offers regularly. Update property and pricing details in our system.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, new launches, and area-specific insights to drive better decision-making and client engagement.
- Team & Target Focus: Achieve assigned sales targets, collaborate positively with internal teams and external partners. Cultivate a client-first approach and be target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
