Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive, where you'll leverage your extensive SAP FICO experience in financial and billing management. With a focus on invoice processing, vendor management, purchase orders, and more, this role demands expertise in managing the procure-to-pay cycle seamlessly.

In this full-time permanent position within IT Services & Consulting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across various financial processes. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking will be key as you prepare detailed reports and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining seamless operations for accounts payable, purchase orders, and vendor management
• Generating invoices and verifying them to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Creating purchase requisitions and POs while managing GRNs (Goods Received Notes)
• Preparing sales invoices and handling accounts receivable efficiently
• Analyzing financial data using advanced Excel techniques like PivotTables and VLOOKUP for insightful reports

We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, proficient in SAP FICO and possessing strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
