Pratishthan Software Ventures, a leading software product development company, is seeking enthusiastic and talented recent graduates with a passion for technology to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Software Engineer at Pratishthan, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications across diverse domains under the guidance of seasoned mentors.
Our team specializes in end-to-end product engineering and architectural services, contributing to impactful projects such as payment platforms, enterprise eventing frameworks, and cloud-native systems. - Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web and/or mobile applications
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA engineers
- Participate in code reviews and agile team ceremonies
- Learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and development practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software
- Document technical processes and contribute to reports
- Participate in sprint planning and execution in an Agile/Scrum setup
We are also hiring Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET) who will design, develop, and maintain automated and manual tests for our applications. This role requires a strong foundation in programming, database management, and testing methodologies.
Requirements include:
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive learner with a passion for technology
- Strong sense of ethics and professional integrity
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end/back-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js/Node.js, Spring Boot, Django)
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
