At PU Prime, a leading global trading broker, we are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract top talent in the FOREX and financial services sectors. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, sourcing & networking, candidate experience management, and market insights.

In this position, you will:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles across trading, analysis, sales, and compliance teams.
• Build talent pools by leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
• Achieve a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while promoting our employer brand.
• Maintain market insights on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, a strong understanding of the FOREX industry, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and additional language proficiency will be advantageous.
