Description
ADRPLEXUS is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Figma to develop user-centric digital learning interfaces for medical aspirants across India. This role involves translating complex workflows into clean, functional designs and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will design intuitive UI flows, build wireframes and prototypes using Figma, and maintain comprehensive design systems. They will work on various platforms including web and mobile learning tools, dashboards, LMS modules, and analytics screens. Key responsibilities include improving UX across multiple interfaces, collaborating with developers for seamless handoff, conducting usability reviews, and iterating based on user behavior data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing intuitive UI flows for web and mobile learning platforms
- Building wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Improving UX across dashboards, LMS modules, analytics screens, and student journeys
- Collaborating with developers for design handoff and implementation accuracy
- Conducting usability reviews and iterating based on learner behavior and engagement data
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with Figma expertise
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and mobile-first products
- Ability to translate business and academic workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Attention to detail, typography sense, and visual hierarchy
Preferred:
- Experience in ed-tech, healthcare, or LMS platforms
- Exposure to user research, journey mapping, and analytics-driven design
- Understanding of developer handoff, responsive design, and accessibility
