The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients in the US IT market, promoting our cutting-edge staffing solutions tailored to specific client needs, and building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
As a key player on our team, you will collaborate closely with internal recruiters and delivery managers to ensure exceptional service and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You will maintain accurate records of the sales pipeline and communications through our CRM systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for analysis.
