As a US Mortgage Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of mortgage applications before they proceed to underwriting. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews of complete loan applications, performing financial analysis to determine borrower eligibility according to investor or insurer guidelines, and issuing approval letters to customers.
Key tasks involve generating final terms for workout agreements, collaborating with title teams on property reports, processing No Doc and Streamline programs, and partnering with vendors to create modification and partial claim documents. You will also be responsible for reviewing and quality checking executed documents, ensuring accuracy before initiating document recording with the County Clerk's Office.
